Rude. Whoever answers their phones is horrible at customer service. My mother and I both share the same experience. She would cut you off mid sentence before you can finish asking your question. Seriously, if you hate your job that much, kindly don't take it out on the patients.
Rude. Tried to get an earlier appointment, Kim the person I spoke to was just rude. Did not like the tone in her voice, I asked if there was anything earlier coz I wanted to be seen as soon as possible, she didn't even let me finish asking and she immediately just said no.
Very good experience in a busy day when ambulances did not stop coming. My pain was not that bad so I was ok waiting for bigger emergency. Once inside I met a small group of doctors and nurses who care of each one in a professional way. I was impressed of how much help and hope could dr. Shell and his nurse team could delivery in such short time.
