Everything went great!
These people are scam artists. UHC website quoted us $207 through BSC for an in home sleep study and they billed our insurance for a brain wave scan and sent us a bill for over $730. Now we have to file complaints with Michigan AG for arbitration. Funny part is a review from 5 years ago addtessing this same thing says thet're going to fix it
Waste of time and money!! I never fell asleep and left in the middle of the night. You can hear people walking and talking and they put me next to a room with some machine that cycled on and off every few minutes. The tubes they stuck in my nose were too tight and pinched my nose, so uncomfortable.I heard other patients arrive and I could hear them slamming the dresser drawers. Why wouldn't you have insulated walls IN A SLEEP CENTER so I could actually sleep? Miserable experience.
