Tue April 15, 2024 I accompanied my best friend to their doctor's appointment with Dr. Bindesh K. Patel. My Bestie was expressing his concerns about previous treatments and asking Dr. Patel to get a better understanding for other possible treatment options. Dr. Patel was short and rude. I’m going to the center before, but they gave me a packet that was thick as a magazine. I’m dyslexic. So I asked for the office manager, the person I asked, was the office manager. Her name is “Jennifer”, I asked to speak to her in private, and then told her I was “dyslexic”. Her face snarled and she told me I need to bring someone with me and she would not help me and I’ll just have to reschedule.
