I had a disappointing experience with the sales rep (Aaron) at this trailer dealership. I asked if he could check inventory at their other locations, and he openly told me he was “lazy” and probably wouldn’t call to find out what they had in stock. Nor would he call me. That level of customer service was frustrating and unprofessional, especially when making a large purchase. Customers deserve someone willing to help and put in basic effort. Hopefully management takes customer service more seriously moving forward.
Came in to view a travel trailer and was greeted by Rudy Larez,what a amazing person. Total professional and just a wonderful person. We'll be in soon to finalize a decision between 3 choices.
Inquired about an RV, a week later it’s home with me. The process was easy and straightforward. Jesus was pleasant to work with and Joey was very knowledgeable during the walkthrough. Definitely recommend checking them out!
This has been the smoothest, most relaxing and exciting experience shopping for an RV. Joey from finance, Joey that did the walk through, Cal from finance, and Rudy with sales all delivered phenomenal customer service. I would rate 15 stars if possible. Thanks again for my new RV!
