I so wanted to have a good experience selling my RV trailer here. But alas, that was not the case. No communication. No sales effort. It was not a good experience at all. I had a Forest River Surveyor trailer that was in great condition as it had only been used 4 times in 4 years. They promised me that they would be on top of getting it sold quickly and had lots of potential buyers. I got a good deal on a RV, but the service is where they shine. I have read no other reviews, so I have no bias. Their service department is not only responsive, but very proactive. I drive over an hour to use their services and I am more than satisfied.
All people I dealt with were very friendly. I worked with them for about a week as I was coming out of town to potentially purchase our first trailer! Got a good deal! Super happy! Thank you to everyone involved!
