I had a disappointing experience with the sales rep (Aaron) at this trailer dealership. I asked if he could check inventory at their other locations, and he openly told me he was “lazy” and probably wouldn’t call to find out what they had in stock. Nor would he call me. That level of customer service was frustrating and unprofessional, especially when making a large purchase. Customers deserve someone willing to help and put in basic effort. Hopefully management takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

Came in to view a travel trailer and was greeted by Rudy Larez,what a amazing person. Total professional and just a wonderful person. We'll be in soon to finalize a decision between 3 choices.
