Poorly communicated rates and pricing. Stored trailer for the winter everything went well. Pulled trailer for work for 6 weeks.. and returned and needed only 1 month before next project started. Was informed by employee that because am "new customer" have to pay for min 2 months.. reluctantly paid for 2 months.. asked at this time if trailer stayed longer than a month if it was covered... was told yes paid for 2 months.... 1 month passed and they call asking for more money... saying that only paid for 1 month. Never had any problems there to come and go, to store my RV
Trailer was in good condition and clean. Shawn was helpful in meeting my needs for a long term rental. Would definitely rent from him again.
