Do not put your loved one in the care of the staff at this facility, specifically the dementia unit. They are negligent and mess up with medication doses. When our mom ended up hospitalized because a crucial medication wasn’t being given to her, the nurses, cna’s acted like it wasn’t a big deal. They were rude and disrespectful when questioned about our mom’s care and medication. The best thing we did was take our mom home and away from them.

I have been calling their billing number since August for them to correct a bill for my stay there. I can only assume they lost a $10,000 check that they cashed. Charged me for a month I wasn't even there. No one returns my calls, voicemail boxes are full. Stay away!

Worst place ever, the staff is rude the place is filthy and they don’t know how to properly care for certain needs of patients. I do not recommend you take your love ones here.

I was there for about a month for rehab. The nurses and nurses aids took good care of me very friendly. The food was good. The occupational and physical therapists were wonderful and they helped me a lot. Thank you everybody that was there!

I’m beyond frustrated with how poorly this facility handles patient information. Every time I call to ask about a patient’s health or condition, I get nothing but attitude. I ask if the person answering is the right one to help, they confidently say yes—yet they clearly have no idea what they’re talking about. It feels like no one is trained, no one communicates, and no one cares enough to give a straight answer. Is this facility better than another one my family has used?
