I’m beyond frustrated with how poorly this facility handles patient information. Every time I call to ask about a patient’s health or condition, I get nothing but attitude. I ask if the person answering is the right one to help, they confidently say yes—yet they clearly have no idea what they’re talking about. It feels like no one is trained, no one communicates, and no one cares enough to give a straight answer. Is this facility better than another one my family has used? Poor attitude by the staff. Dirty. Food on the floor not cleaned up for two days. Good exercise helpers with adequate equipment.

I've been a facilitator volunteer in a mental health rehab for a decade. This place here when you walk in you see Awards all above the fireplace. When you come inside if you have any experience in the Mental Health Community you're going to experience those awards were given for diversity equity and inclusion. I find therapy to be very important and they stive to get patients back into their living environments. There are so many kind staff members.

My aunt was in there for rehab. she was neglected and the staff took a long time to attend to her. She needed assistance walking and couldn't go to the bathroom on her own so most of the time she wet on herself and had to wait to be changed. One day she didn't even get her lunch because she was sleeping and her food tray was put on her table and then taken away. She either sat in a wheel chair for hours or was in bed. When she was discharged she had a pressure ulcer on her bottom. Do not put your love one in this place.
