Mr.Jose you have had my truck for sometime. The truck was bought in for a brake job. During this time you and your employee damage my truck. In which you promised to repair it at no cost to me. But each time ,when I caught you open. You used the same reasons for not completing the work on my truck. Now you will not return my calls. The vehicle is a vial means of transportation for my family. Jose you said you are a family man and believe in helping families thur your business. But Jose you have neglected to return my truck.
this mechanic shop is a fraud they say they change parts on your vehicle but when you ask for receipts they cant produce I had to bring the vehicle back four times they are incompetent I have reported them to the BBB please spread the message stay away from this place he goes by the name Jose I don't know if that is his real name
Jose was great, very communicative and knowledgeable, provided pictures and explanations for everything he was doing, very fair quotes, and a very quick turnaround on getting my truck repaired. I will continue to return to his shop for any of my repair needs in the future.
Let me start by saying Consumer BEWARE! This review is to help others avoid what I've dealt with over the last couple weeks. If you do a little research you will find Accurate Automotive ( also known as accurate radiator or Beaumont radiator) has 2 complaints filed by previous customers with the Attorney general of Texas for consumer protection.
