I was just calling to make a appointment I ask the lady two questions @12:35 pm today is June 3rd 2026 . the first time she picked up I ask her one question she hung up on me the second time I called she answered my question which was when is a available time and date for a appointment said they have a appointment for June 17th I said I couldn’t wait that long she said well go to the emergency in a rude tone and was loud and hung up dead in my face. Was scheduling an appointment and before I could even finish saying my name the receptionist Melissa hung up right on me! I could literally hear how she slammed the phone down!! Unacceptable

I got my first birth control shot in early february and i was told to call them when i found out an available day in the next 3 months to call back. I called and she woman was really rude with me and didn’t seem like she wanted to help and told me to call back at the end of march and i called and it said the office was closed but they don’t close until 3pm. If no one will help me i’ll just go elsewhere. I highly recommend going somewhere else because the customer service is horrible and these women are supposed to be helping... read more
