Using a flow-based practice in a hot room (about 90 degrees), we heat up the body from the inside out and work the cardiovascular system. Great place, I was here on location and discoved beaumont power yoga and loved it. All instructors are fit and know what they are doing. It was challengeing, but that is how it should be. :)
