Had a great experience with the service I received over the course of 8 weeks. My PT was very available, resourceful, knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent staff and facility. I was there with my very sick mom to get a blood draw. The staff had everything ready by the time I reached and very quickly attended to my mom. We were out in 10 minutes!
I was very unpleased with my experience today. The phlebotomist was VERY rough with me, and moved so fast that I almost felt as if I had to tell her to slow down!!!! Also...... the tape you guys use is VERY harsh on skin!! It's not meant for the skin.... I do wound care on a daily basis at a hospital. It pulled my skin off while peeling it slowly from my skin. I think the irritated, ripped off skin actually hurts MORE than the puncture wound itself... I usually have a great experience every time I come here. I'm not sure wha... read more
