No one ever answers the phone. I gave my availability and then heard nothing for weeks to get scheduled for PT. When I did hear back it was for a day that I had said I was not available. I call and sometimes it’s days before a call back or phone tag. I can’t sit by the phone at work. I have tried for a month and a half to get PT for my spine started here. I’m so disappointed. I tell my neurologist Friday.
My therapist is wonderful, but no one ever answers the phone nor is there someone at the front desk. Yet they have a 2 missed appointment and you're out rule
My daughter had to do some blood draw for the first time. The lady was rude, give us attitude for no reason. Don't bring ur kids here, they make u and ur kids feel very bad. So unprofessional.
