My daughter had to do some blood draw for the first time. The lady was rude, give us attitude for no reason. Don't bring ur kids here, they make u and ur kids feel very bad. So unprofessional.

This is the second time in the last year that I've had to do physical therapy and have came here. If I would have know a month ago that I would be made to feel as if my patient care wasn't a priority I would have went to an entirely new clinic. I signed your new cancelation policy and yet it's not me thats not keeping these appointments. Extremely disappointed with this situation because now I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AT A NEW CLINIC AND THAT PUTS MY PROGRESS IVE MADE THUS FAR POINTLESS.
