I brought my child here for occupational therapy, and while the therapist was very kind and worked well with my child, the billing practices were downright unacceptable. At no point did anyone mention that the sessions are billed in 15-minute increments (nor is it on any of the paperwork I signed), which significantly increased the cost of each visit. The lady at the front desk not Dominique, in my opinion is just very unpleasant I’m sick with strep throat and haven’t been getting better as everyone has been getting sick with viruses that are keeping them down for weeks she accused me of missing two weeks of my daughter’s therapy which is untrue and I stated that over the phone. Therapist are good but they cannot get you scheduled so it’s poor quality of care and they won’t schedule in advance
