I came in for 8 weeks of physical therapy for my sciatica pain. I worked with Patrick almost every session and I would just like to say, thank you so much for changing my life and helping me get to where I am now. Chronic pain is no joke and I thought id have to live with it for the rest of my life (6 months of silently suffering) and I am happy to say, that pain is finally gone. I called to schedule an appointment and asked for the self-pay (cash) rate as my insurance is not accepted here. $693 per session. It is the full charge rate that is billed to insurance (not what insurance pays) and there is no discount for people that want to pay cash. Very disappointing that a large organization cannot figure out how to allow people that want to self-pay.

I brought my child here for occupational therapy, and while the therapist was very kind and worked well with my child, the billing practices were downright unacceptable. At no point did anyone mention that the sessions are billed in 15-minute increments (nor is it on any of the paperwork I signed), which significantly increased the cost of each visit.
