Update July 25 - pleased to see their recent CQC inspection reflects the reality of this dreadful practice. Dreadful and dangerous practice. Reception couldn't care less about helping anyone and none of them should be in a customer facing role. The practice nurse who handles triage sounds fed up and angry from the second she phones you, then when you advocate for yourself has a tantrum and agrees to let you see a doctor. 1 too many times now I've had the receptionist Pam have no interest at all in helping. "Computer says no" Dr told me to immediately call should I feel how I'm feeling. After explaining this to Pam computer says no. Call back tomorrow but you won't get an appointment until end of march into April.

I have been coming to this surgery for the last 24 years and have always been happy with my treatment. " My" doctor is Dr Burrell-Stella, she's very, very caring and sympathetic; she knows not just you, but your background too, which is often relevant to your problem/troubles. Long may she remain in the practice. The reception staff are always welcoming and very efficient. The nurses here are also excellent at their job.
