I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the care my mother received during her recent visit to the Emergency Room. After spending days extremely sick and dehydrated, I ended up in the emergency room feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They listened to my concerns, took my symptoms seriously, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The lady and the security officer when you first walk in are incredibly kind. The nurse who took my vitals was also kind. I came in with a laceration on the bottom of my foot due to glass cut and possibly inside my foot. I was told there was no rooms and I had to sit on a bed in a hallway. The nurse that actually finally came and see me after almost an hour. The same nurse who kept walking all around and back and forth doing absolutely nothing.
