This place was a horrible experience. My friend tested positive on her hair follicle test through DISA, but then tested negative later that same week at another test. The difference in results raised serious concerns for us about the accuracy and reliability of the testing process. Very frustrating experience and not something we expected.
Horrible inaccurate staff super rude someone needs to contact someone about this place. Really poor service that a judge would send someone here
Absolute horrible experience. The BBB should be contacted. I had a "law firm" ordered test.....not court ordered. It was thru mediation that my ex wanted a test submitted. So a hair test was done. They chopped off so much hair that I asked if I could take a picture for court reasons because I've never done this before and am trying to record everything. The man that seemed like the boss, absolutely lost his mind. Asking me who my lawyer was multiple times, acting like I was lying to him. Then proceeded to call my lawyer and ... read more
