I'm actively looking for a new Dr.at 3 amafter 2 weeks of being ignored Not sure if Dr. Christopher is just not doing his job or the office. Can't get an actual answer. They already charged my insurance and sent me a co-pay but can't seem to place a basic prescriptions in to relieve my symptoms that he gave me 3 months previously while waiting for an approval of medicine that was denied 3 times. Front office staff is not helpful. Been coming to this office since 2016 for 2 pregnancies and birth control. The last 6 month has been terrible. I used to get a call before my birth control appt as a reminder...that has been non existent for the last several months, they do not return phone calls. I been trying to make a appointment for 2 weeks for my depo shot. Front desk says I need to make appt with nurse and forward phone call to the nurse voicemail. Left several message and no call back. I been going there since 2021 with my 1st born but I'm just now leaving a review. I really want to leave and find a new location cuz I'm thinking of getting pregnant again. Anyways it's the whole place the front desk as which everyone reviews talk about it is true....every time I call to make an appointment I give them my name and reason I'm calling every time they tell me " we not accepting new patients " and I have to tell them I'm not new I was just there few months ago. I have gone here with my last two pregnancies they are close by. The doctors here are decent but sometimes can be rushy once they get to you but it takes forever to actually be seen. the rooms are not the cleanest but the worst is the front office staff. They don't know anything, they are very unhelpful they don't communicate at all.. I had to call them several times to find out when I was going in to the hospital to be induced and they seemed to have no idea what was going on. They don't call back they don't care.
