The staff was incredibly rude, they did not take me serious when I came through the emergency room for a swelling throat and restricted airflow. They undermined and dismissed everything I told them regarding what was going on with my throat. I waited almost two hours for a doctor; the doctor spent less then 2 minutes with me and gave me an incorrect diagnosis. Nobody ever answers the phones here. Not good service at all
Disrespectful af waited HOURS when I asked about it I was met with an attitude two and a half hours later I’m brought to a dirty room to just wait more Blood on the walls a full trash and trash on the floors smh
Customer service is rude! Whoever sits on the central phone line is lazy and hates dealing with customers or patients. I usually don't leave a review, but she did way over the wall for being rude! I can't even imagine how her life every day. Probably miserable!
