Some of the worst care I have ever received. Doctors treat patients in an untimely manner and don't seem to care. Not only was I left screaming in pain from kidney stones for 30 minutes without proper pain management, the incompetent nurse couldn't even get the meds into my IV, all the while I was screaming and she was sauntering the halls at a leisurely pace getting a replacement for my IV line. I wouldn’t return to this facility if my life literally depended on it. I have been there multiple times with varying issues and met with incompetent, overly expensive “care” each time. This summer, I decided to give them another try when I got something in my eye while working on the pool. Go to Annapolis! This place is horrible. I go in for something in my eye on Friday night. "Doctor Ali-Abou-Alaiwi says he can't get it out. Gives a referral for Monday morning. I guess this metal stays in my eye all weekend! I will dispute ALL charges through blue Cross blue shield. Please please do not visit this place as you see they have 2 stars in reviews. I will be contacting a lawyer! This is very unprofessional. I bet concentra gets it out! Ain't no REAL doctor in this Canton facility!
