This is my 1st baby & I couldn't be happier that i found this place ☺️, this past reviews dont do it justice. My experience has been nothing but caring, sweet people & good timely service, I love coming here to see my little muffin
We have had two ultrasounds appointments at this location, one being an anatomy scan. We have had nothing but great appointments every time. The receptionists are nice and always helpful for our early morning appointments. Our ultrasound tech Erin from our anatomy scan was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful when trying to find the different angles of our baby. She also explained everything for us as this is our first child.
Not welcoming at all. Ultrasound technician has no personality. And even if you request, they will not let you hear the babies heartbeat.
Rudest staff ever. Instead of explaining that I’m not allowed to bring my baby with me they just told me I can’t be seen and had to be rescheduled. “We tell everyone over the phone” I was not told and could have been told in a more kind gentle way, and see if I can get someone to sit with my son while I’m seen rather than try to immediately cancel my appt and kick me out. They are racist over anyone not Caucasian. Find somewhere else to make u feel more comfortable during ur pregnancy
