ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A NHS RAN DOCTORS PRACTICE!!! Mental health does not matter!! Appointments always full!! Ask for medication that has ran out and can’t be added on my repeat prescription for me to manage and have to request them as needed then and even though I’ve ran out they expect people to wait 4 days and even then they don’t arrive at the chemist till another 3-4 days absolute shambles of a practice!! I am quite satisfied with the reception team, doctors, and nurses I have encountered so far. I am also impressed that they have a women's clinic, and I have an appointment scheduled there for tomorrow.
WOW JUST WOW WHERE DO I START!! FIRTS YOU CANT DISAGREE WITH ANYTHING OR ANYONE WITHOUT BEING TOLD YOUR SHOUTING WHEN YOUR NOT!! but very frustrated with how this poorly ran doctors is!! Unfortunately I had a lot of things wrong with me in last few months I've been sent for tests scans and xrays because I was in so much pain I actually turned up crying in pain but she sorted out everything and yes I'm on lots of meds but it helps .the staff have always been kind and Curtis and doctor listened . Thankyou so much for ur understanding
