Chuck seems to be a very angry person. He also not very good at his job. He was unable to provide me a key to my chastity belt, which he promised he could do. What a waste of time.
Chuck was awesome. Once he arrived he unlocked our camper in about 10 seconds.
Service with a smart mouth. This guy thinks he's smart. Fixed a "fuse " and said that was the problem. Didn't make it 100 yards with that so called fix. Wouldn't answer the phone. Asked me a smart ass question instead of offering a solution to a paying customer of His while he knew we were stuck in the middle of rush hour traffic, compared to this guy we had many concerned drivers pull over to help. I have used Chuck @ Beaumont Locksmith for 16 years, he has probably made a 100+ keys for me, being a small business owner myself finding someone with Chuck's knowledge is very rare.I would NEVER call anyone else.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will be extremely disappointed!!!
