They don’t care about patients ! Everything is about money here !!! They don’t care to make the client feel better. I called for 2 days and no response or call back ! Told them inhad covid they refuse to give me antibiotics like the pharmacy suggested ! They only gave me nasal spray and over the counter Tylenol! They don’t care about patients at all! They use made me pay for a visit to tell me absolutely NOTHINg!!!!!!
If the nurses are in a bad mood, please give them a day off.
This office has gone extremely down, i have been with this office for 15 years and the last 5 years has been terrible! I have went to visits and requested certain test be done and the medical assistants didn’t communicate with the doctor to send off my test swabs! The doctor OH blamed me and said it was my job to tell him tho i had already swabbed and expected my test swabs to be sent off. I was charged multiple visits because of this!
