They definitely need a better system than this, more employees to draw blood, and more knowledgeable staff. Waited 95 minutes just for blood draw. Wont come back.
They didn't answer their phone and I can't leave a message how am I supposed to know that my script is there. Not answering your phone at all is not right or professional.
They are not answering any calls at any time. This is not acceptable at all.
The staffs and the nurses were rude. They won’t repeat the instructions. When asked again they were raising the voices. The front desk lady won’t even look at our face.
