I’m seriously dumbfounded. I made appointments for myself and my teen daughter (who’s deathly afraid of needles) for fasting blood work. We checked in 10 minutes early. We waited over an hour and I then went to the lab window to ask what the expected time was. They had lost our paper work in that hour!!! What? I pointed out where my paperwork was as I could see it and the phlebotomist started cursing out the receptionist. Great staff and timely results. Joan in registration went above and beyond to help me today when my doctor’s office failed in their duties.
Handicapped services are wonderful as is staff. They volunteered a ride to and from my vehicle, when going in for tests.
