Great staff and timely results. Joan in registration went above and beyond to help me today when my doctor’s office failed in their duties.
Handicapped services are wonderful as is staff. They volunteered a ride to and from my vehicle, when going in for tests.
Staff is fantastic. Issue is management. It’s RIDICULOUS that they require phlebotomist to cross the parking lot to go into the hospital to do difficult blood draws. They are understaffed. It’s GREEDY of management to not to fully support their staff. People had to wait 45 minutes after registration for their blood draw. Unacceptable. Only 2 people scheduled to work when clearly at least 4 are needed.
This place used to be great, now the wait times are ridiculous. Over an hour for a blood draw seems the staff dont care about efficiency any more.
