I've been coming here for testing and regular lab draws a couple times a year for a couple decades almost now and these ladies are efficient, hard working and are compassionate.. they deal with so many people on the daily.. sure there's been the professional all business draws.. everyone gets tired or has had a bad day but they've always been very kind to me. THANK YOU for all you do.. SEE YOU TOMORROW 😄😉
People whining about bruising and not getting water or not being able to find this office seriously are just sad. Bruising happens, carry your own water it is so important and maybe get out of the house occasionally- it’s not a difficult place to find!
I came here from my doctor in the same building because he asked me to get some blood work done. Aside from the fact that it's impossible to find and I had three employees trying to help me, the actual policies here are ridiculous. I asked them for a glass of water. They responded by asking if I have a urine test as well as the blood draw. I told them I don't and they responded that they are not allowed to give water unless you have a urine test. I have NEVER in my life received bruising like this when receiving any sort of medical attention. This is literally JUST having blood work done. Four tubes. I'm completely amazed with the size of this bruise and how tender it actually is. I will not be returning unless it's emergency/surgical services. Sorry to the girl that did my labs, but that was horrendous.
I have always been pleased with the Trenton Corwell Lab. The techs are always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Emily drew my blood this morning and I couldn't have been happier with her skills. The entire lab runs smoothly. Don't change a thing. Great teamwork.
