I have been going to this lab frequently the past few months. Let me tell you, these girls are fantastic!! They are very quick and professional. They always get me on the first poke, and they’re all very personable and kind. I can’t recommend them enough.
I have been having unexplained symptoms causing me pain, fatigue, dizziness, etc. Doctor couldn't find anything wrong with me, so he ordered lab testing, one of which being a stool culture test. I went in, got my kit, and returned less than an hour later with the sample. I waited eagerly for the results the next day, hoping to find the issue to my problem so I can move forward with treatment, only for the lab personnel to leave it on the counter overnight causing it to expire, and unable to be used. Had a mammogram screening and got in my head about it and Megan was so comforting and explained everything well. I end up passing out cause I didn’t eat and I think nerves got me but Megan and Laurie handled me so well and took the best care of me. They’re the A Team for sure.
Rudest people I have ever dealt with in a lab setting. Don’t go here! I will never go back.
