My Dad is patient of this group and was in pain. He had had a stroke. We called multiple times and were cut off because they have new phone system. We needed HELP!!! They did not call us back for 1.5 WEEKS!!!!!! And then gave us a song and dance about the phone system.....not help for a person in pain!!! He got extremely bad. They were NO HELP!!!
