The receptionist desk needs retraining or replacing especially if they are the ones you first come in contact with and the last ones you see. The medical assistant Michelle? was the best part of my visit after about over a year hiatus. Since my pcp who I have had for quite a number of years is not available as often as she once was time for a fresh and hopefully better change.
I would give the medical providers 5 stars, however the office staff and medical assistant have a complete lack of care for the patients. I’ve been trying to get a refill on a necessary script, no luck within 3 days of request. Doctor is out of the office, covering doctor denied my script. Medical assistant reluctantly put request out again for my script and then hung up the phone on me after I thanked her for going the lengths to do that.

Dr office services are not 1/2 as good as they used to be, this Dr is only helping with a portion of my ailments. Now searching for a specialist since she won’t continue medications that my old Dr prescribed! I’m told to go see a Psychiatrist because Corewell draws a hardline with this type of Meds for Depression and Anxiety! So off I go again to stress my arthritic body with scoliosis all around Dr Shopping, this is so aggravating to go through! 2 young Drs with Corewell have put me through this! This one star review is for the way the practice is run, not the medical providers. Nobody answers the phone. The phone tells you to send a myChart message. When you send a myChart message, they tell you to call. Impossible to make an appointment without 45 minutes of free time to wait for someone to answer.
