Receptionist is incredibly rude. I’ve gone here for years, my pcp moved I asked about a new one and was promptly given the verbal middle finger. Insane that instead of going to a Dr office a mile from my house I’ll now be going 20 miles away purely because of the receptionist.
The lady at the front desk is absolutely miserable
Dr. Sarah Hartkop is amazing, always on time. professional and really takes the time to make sure everything is good with my health. She does have alot of patients so it is harder to get an appt with her.
The receptionist desk needs retraining or replacing especially if they are the ones you first come in contact with and the last ones you see. The medical assistant Michelle? was the best part of my visit after about over a year hiatus. Since my pcp who I have had for quite a number of years is not available as often as she once was time for a fresh and hopefully better change.
