Have been trying since 8am to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. You can't get through. No one answers and no one picks up the phone. Very frustrating. I hate to leave this review but it is justified since you can't get anyone in the office to pick up.
Have been calling this location since early morning and put on hold for over 45 minutes. I called back multiple time just to find out the person in charge of verifying and scheduling appointments is not there due to an emergency. Understand emergencies and this in no means a dig on the individual that had one but all organizations are required to have backup's to run an efficient organization.
