Every step of the process, upon entering the front door to leaving, was top notch. Receptionist who checked me in and gave directions, was friendly. Virtually no wait time to be called back to see the doctor. Dr. BIG was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took actual TIME with me, which is rare nowadays. She gave me a full rundown of my treatment plan so I knew what to expect and a time frame.
