I had to go in for my mammogram appointment today and it was the best appointment ever. There was no wait, the receptionist was very kind and took my information. Sharee ( I’m probably spelling that wrong) took me back to do my exam. She was so gentle, so kind! I can tell she loves her job and she is definitely a people person. Thank you!
I had the most pleasant experience. My appointment was at 1:30. I received a courtesy call at 1:15 and I was literally in the building attempting to find the office. The receptionist guided me and checked me in when I arrived. It took just a few minutes for Briana to call me back and tell me that she would be taking the images today. She explained her process, had great conversation and it was over before I knew it. She’s really good at her job. The desk registration staff were friendly. Jordy and Dave, the MRI techs were fantastic, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before my scan began. I would highly recommend taking whatever your usual pain medication is about an hour before coming to your appointment if laying flat is painful for you.
