I have been coming here for PET scans and an MRI. Such an easy going and great place to come. My appointments are always right on time never a long wait. The staff are excellent.
I must say that this is a great place to get great caring care..We were so impressed..on care & quick testing! Thank you Corewell!
Was scheduled for a MRI on a Sunday at Corewell Lenox and received several messages from them in "Mychart" saying everything was "all set". I had completed a video on the procedure etc. Then on Friday at 3.30 PM ( 2 days before my appointment) I get a voice message from them saying I didn't have authorization from my provider and that the MRI was cancelled. I tried to call Corewell in Lenox but they were now closed until Monday. They are open for MRI's but you can't call anyone to get resolution to a problem. I am very disap... read more
This is my 5 visit to Corewell Lenox and 4 times previous, I walk in for imaging, register and sit. Today, I did the same but no one was here at the reception desk. Someone came out to get another patient who walked in after me. When I asked about my appointment, I was told I had to go all the way to the other side to register.
