The worst staff to exist, I dont understand how these front desk people have a job when they have zero respect for patients. My father had an appointment for 2:30 and they said arrive 30 min prior, when we checked in the rude lady said we are set and to wait, after nearly an hour she tells us we are scheduled for 3:30 when i have the confirmation for 2:30. I wanna start by saying the staff and the technicians were very nice and helpful, and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review because I try to give places more than one chance before making a judgement but this is honestly the last time I will deal with corewell again. I took my newborn daughter Thursday morning for an X-ray and her doctor had it written as a STAT. We got her X-ray done and I was told that her results would be out in a couple of hours. I had an appointment scheduled on February 14 at 3:30 PM. Following the hospital’s instructions to arrive 15 minutes early, I arrived at 2:40 PM—nearly an hour in advance. Upon arrival, I checked in at the front desk and provided my last name as requested. After checking in, I took a seat and waited for my appointment. ♦️♦️♦️UPDATE: Still 5 stars. Had a 5:00pm appt on 11/6/24 for an MRI. They were not busy. No wait time. Was done by 605pm. Staff and techs were pleasant and efficient.♦️♦️♦️ I was a "walk-in" for a couple of x-rays. They were quite busy. The ladies at the desk assisted patients quickly. The wait wasn't too long. LaKisha, at registration was efficient, friendly and very personable. Dianna, the x-ray tech was also very nice and helpful...and explained everything about the procedure. Highly recommend this place.
