They never answer the phones then when you call about certain properties they tell you that they don’t work with them and just give you the run around they are very rude and belittle you and when you go to the building they never let you come in or either they closed my utility checks was held for no apparent reason till they was old and they had to reissue me a checks that took almost months to get at one a point of time I cashed 5 checks at once I don’t know what’s going on it’s like they just throw you anywhere and I sign... read more
I got approved and yet nobody answers their phone for me to be able to know my next steps or know if they need anything from me the website isn’t updated from when I originally put my application in and I’ve left 4-5 different voicemails in multiple different departments just trying to get in touch with anyone to talk about my application because it’s for me and my child! Fix it because some of us actually need this and yall aren’t answering the phones just forwarding people and not calling back
Lexus Thomas never answer the phone. It rings for a very short period and then she fwd it to the voicemail. If they hired workers that love their job everyone would have a much better experience! I needed to report an error that Shamica Egins made that had my apartment building asking for over $800 all at once and was charging a daily $16 late fee. Egins decided to raise my rent back in January but didn't send me a letter or inform my landlord so that it appeared on the website under what I owed. If the apartment knew, an eviction notice would have been on my door six months ago.
