Case worker Misty Torres is disorganized and gives steps at the last minute.
I literally went in on may6,2025 no later than 3:20. The African American lady behind the counter was so rude and literally turned me around as quick as I got to the counter . All she can tell me is that it's shut down by the government. I asked for the slightest thing a hard copy of the places or atleast something to go by and she kept shaking her head and telling me she had nothing .Soon as I walked off she locked the door you could've aleast been informative.

The ladies at Beaumont housing authority truly care about helping low income people and families. They're excellent customer service is backed by they're kindness and compassion. When I went in today I was literally having an emotional melt down and Ms Lewis took the time to sit me down and listen to me my concerns and help me to move forward.
