Bad hospital.
I Came here for an ultrasound on 8/24/2025 I had checked into my appointment 20 minutes in advance with the front desk. This is after e checking in the night before. Front desk books me only for the girl at ultrasound to call the front desk and say my exam/appointment is not showing up! Literally I got here at 8:10 , my appointment was scheduled for 8:30, the front desk can see my appointment but the ultrasound person cannot. I was here for less than an hour hardly able to breath. You're put into a broken recliner while you're what for your doctor. I was tested for strep and COVID, had an X-ray taken. Then told I'm fine and that its just mucus. MUCUS DOES NOT CAUSE MY THROAT TO SWELL SHUT! On top of that I had no privacy after my X-ray, I was taken straight to the lobby for the nurse to talk about my condition in front of everyone else in the tiny lobby. Took my mom here she lost 6 pints of blood in a month. Doctors ran test gave her 1 unit of blood n sent her home with no answers. Here we are again a week later In Farmington Hills at the old Botsford the are giving her 2 transfusions n having us do a follow up next week. Defantaly won't be going to the Taylor Location again....
Worst Hospital emergency ever. Badly hurt toe, xray , no meds, was not broken, was asked if I wanted crutches, boot, buddy tape toes. The girls knew how to do nothing, put a ankle support on me, Told them go ahead charge insurance and throw that away. Whats wrong with doctors and nurses ruining these places to the ground. Sad
