The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital, the emergency department is unprofessional and rude. Honestly, this hospital doesn’t care about any one but themselves.
Dont ever come here to get an xray. apparently they only have one technician working and it takes forever 🤷
Horrific customer and billing service! They never sent us a bill for the service that was performed back in March, instead we received a letter from debt collector in September. They openly lied to me stating they sent multiple bills. No wonder our healthcare cost keeps going up, they are not smart enough to figure out the difference between $.66 post stamp and debt collector's fee. What a shame!
I drove 45 minutes to Beaumont to the only available appointment without waiting a month out. They told me the script was not sufficient because it was signed by a physician without credentials although the attending physician listed on there with credentials should've been enough. Based off asking around it sounds like Beamont didnt want to help me nor do my exam. 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving and 2 hours of my life wasted thanks to a horribly incompetent system. Thanks Beamont!
