Very kind and respectful staff, who each had great skill in soothing my anxiety for the visit. They provided me warm blankets and water without me asking and gave me clear instruction with a follow up plan after my treatment. I appreciated the security guard up front, though understandably, he was a little cold in his greeting. He graciously allowed me to have someone enter with me however I was confused as to why they normally would not allow someone with you. They speak ill about there patients as if they can’t hear them. It’s sad and disappointing.
