An absolutely useless organization. Found it much easier to order my own products through online sources. Called them three times in two days, about same issue. They either didn't know how to fix the problem or didn't care if the issue was taken care of. After running out of supplies, Had to take the individual, who needed them to ER. ER doctor actually fired Beaumont home care for not doing their job.
Went in at 4:30pm, after their website and door said they were open until 5pm, but they were closed. Don’t advertise hours if you’re not going to stick around! Very unprofessional!
The customer service representative was so kind and very informative. Phone rang 2 times never placed on hold.. Very Very Very kind. Thank you
Nothing but the best service!! The delivery driver was amazing! He took extra time to explain and re explain everything to me!! Way better than Binsons, I made one phone call the receptions was so beyond rude I hung up and called here. I’m so happy with the service from the office staff to the delivery driver!! If you need medical equipment, THIS is the place to go!!!
