I have been a patient at this practice for the past decade. Throughout my time here, I have had multiple interactions with receptionists and doctors and consistently noting their professionalism, courtesy, straightforward communication, and helpfulness. I understand that the reception staff are unable to create or modify appointment schedules and can only provide available time slots, they also do not have control over appointment delays. I am very pleased with the service at Beaumont Hills Family Practice. From Terry to the nurse both excellent caring people who go the extra mile. Dr Dixit is a pleasure and a professional. I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone .
The receptionist Terry is extremely rude. Unpleasant to talk to. Attending to the centre as my history is there. The owner has to do something about receptionist.
I always have a great experience seeing Dr Manoj or Dr Dixit. I will definitely recommend going to this practice.
