Laura Florez, the nurse managing my grandfather’s Coumadin levels, has been very unprofessional. I couldn't get to the doctor's appointment because there was no place to stand. I spent a whole hour looking for a suitable place to stand and I couldn't find one. My blood pressure rose from the intense heat. I tried asking for help or guidance to stand. Even the security men. They refused to even listen to me. It was a very bad experience. This place have nice and caring people and they are very fast with the patients
Recently I have had a bad experience with the pharmacy!!. They always send my prescription to a different pharmacy then I prefer and when the situation is brought up they have attitudes about there mistakes!!!! I don't like the way the smart mouthed people talk over the phone!!!! We have Heart Problems already, don't need the attitude!!!
Dr Sabharwal, more like Dr. Subparwal. He is difficult to understand and largely unhelpful for anyone looking to actually understand what I going on with their health. He makes no effort to make the patient feel understood or explain what is going on with the patient. I would recommend that anyone needing a cardiologist to look elsewhere.
