never pick up phone for scheduling
I love the doctors here but the staff are very rude. They act like you aren’t even standing in the window because they are all on their phone. Seems like nobody wanna assist you. A+ for the doctors and D for the staff
My doctor is Dr Gowman DO, I have had no trouble with making appointments or reaching them at a proper time to get paperwork sent over to my PCP. I like them very much they will make any appointment that the doctor orders for you while you're right there at the window, then give you the paperwork for it so you can get Transportation or a ride for testing if need be. Also paperwork for what the test is going to entitle and what you need to do to get ready for it. The girls are very thorough!
I was on hold could hear them talking and then was hung up on. I called back and no extension would answer.
Dr. Lutz is attentive and while at is very caring.
