I have attended several PT/OT facilities during my life. This facility has 5 stars in my opinion! Every person involved in this therapy facility goes above and beyond expectations. Had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago, have been trying to get physical therapy (PT) here ever since, but I get the runaround on who does the PT referral and no one answers the phone! 3 weeks....never doe sit take 3 weeks to get a referral from my insurance...this place is CLUELESS about what to do with Blue Care Network. I'm moving on to somewhere else... Update: Insurance referral was finally completed (by Corewell Health). Been in PT for several weeks now and very happy with the facilities and employees!
