After changing from Beaumont, services have deteriorated. Was trying to make an appointment on the phone and was on hold for 45 minutes. The attendant (Rana) did not understand the request and said the prescription was not correct. We checked with the Drs office and they said this was becoming an issue with the appointment center - they did not know what they were doing. I will be looking for a different facility.
they're very friendly here but I had to punch in on the screen to put my information in and hear they're being replaced by computers I do not like that I will not come here again if there is no human to talk to when I check in a lot of people are old and cannot see the screen to check in. it'll be very unsociable and I do not like it at all remove any humans to put computers in the place the girl Gloria is so sweet

I have attended several PT/OT facilities during my life. This facility has 5 stars in my opinion! Every person involved in this therapy facility goes above and beyond expectations.
