Nurse Kirandeep was amazing during our twins vaccination appointment. She was kind, patient, and very thorough and taking the time to explain everything and answered our all questions. First time we felt a nurse didnt rush the appointment. She was so gentle that our babies didn’t even cry which surprised us. Thank you for the wonderful care. We truly appreciated it. Hope we get her again for next vaccinations.
I wish i can give them zero for everything . Front desk ladies she was good today . But the bigg lady who gave vaccine to my son was rude and worst person . She spoke rudely when my other kid just touch the desk . Dont understand these people . If u have any problem with your job then dont do it . Or if u want people of our own choice to get vaccine from you , then talk to ur management . I am scared of going to that health centre next time.
Very rude staff and extremely unhelpful. Very shameful for a healthcare facility to be treating people that way.
