This Oncology/Gynecology department called me to make my appointment weeks ago, for this morning. I get there 45 minutes before my appointment, just to be told that I DID NOT have an appointment! I gave them the details of my phone call with their office girl, which the desk lady even pointed to her, but she didn't mark me down.
