Be cautious — even if you have insurance, you may end up with unexpectedly high bills. I was told my visit was covered, but later received a much higher bill. When I reached out, I didn’t receive helpful support. This was not my choice of hospital, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Kellie Wendzinki was especially wonderful ,she took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt cared for. I really appreciated the thorough and compassionate service. Highly recommend!
Doctor offered no clear plan for care after multiple expressions of concern and confusion. I've waited 45 minutes for basic labs, and the billing department was a nightmare — multiple incorrect charges and zero follow-through. I can't imagine how much money I've been overcharged here and will now be auditing all my billing for the past year. Disorganized, unhelpful, and not somewhere I’d ever recommend.
I made a appointment a month ago. Did the e check in. Drove all the way to the office and was denied care. They didn't check my insurance and made me call at my appointment time. The call obviously took awhile and then they refused to see me. Waste of time and money. Terrible customer service and the front desk is super rude. Go to a doctor that cares.
