If there was a negative star… the would get negative 5!!!! The office stuff is rude… they take days to return calls and to get an answer from someone they love to get you the run around! Will never go back… I was a patient for about 6 year after the sold it went horribly bad!
Prefacing with the fact that my doctor retired. Totally fair. So they scheduled me to see an RN. I went in over a week ago as of today(9/26) because I was having issues with breathing (second time I went in for the same issue). I told the nurse that my o2 had dropped to 89 the previous day and it was hovering at around 96. The next thing that she asked me was how I checked my o2 levels. With an O2 reader. I myself have been coming to family practice for well over twenty years. But since the transition I am very unhappy with the service.You're no longer an individual, but a number. I myself will be looking for a New Facility for my healthcare.
I get great care at this facility, they are always friendly and usually quick to get me in and out.
This place has been a great doctor’s office. They are very thorough and quick to respond, making sure you receive all your information quickly. The staff and doctors are excellent.
