I myself have been coming to family practice for well over twenty years. But since the transition I am very unhappy with the service.You're no longer an individual, but a number. I myself will be looking for a New Facility for my healthcare.
I get great care at this facility, they are always friendly and usually quick to get me in and out.
This place has been a great doctor’s office. They are very thorough and quick to respond, making sure you receive all your information quickly. The staff and doctors are excellent.
Since baptist took over I am very unhappy with the service up front. I just heard a woman get turned away because she was 30 minutes late even though she called. They also fined her $25. I've been waiting over 50 minutes so far, just to get lab work. If Dr. Proctor wasn't so great, I would find another doctor.
Not long ago this practice was owned by Dr. Proctor. Everyone was nice and you felt respected and taken care of. Baptist took over and you feel like a number and are treated rudely. I'm in the process of finding somewhere else to go and that's really sad because I've been a patient here for close to 8 years.
