I really like this place, if I don't have to go, but when I do they are friendly, and respectful, the doc I have, I could not ask for a better person. He cares about you, how you feel, and if he sees you need to go see a specialist, he waste no time getting you there...
I love BFP. Everyone is friendly and smiles at you. But my favorite thing about BFP is Dr Proctor!! He's the best!
Staff not friendly at all. Never received a greeting just gave me instructions of what I needed to do and where I needed to go. The front desk staff was very professional and polite. Ms. Fling was great, she is who I had my appt with.
This is a fantastic place to go if you like getting surprise lab bills and unnecessary tests. They told me that the tests they were ordering would be covered by my insurance and that my bill would be no more than one hundred dollars. The next thing I know, I'm getting hit with an additional 100$ bill from the doctor office and a 282$ bill from the lab. So, with the same insurance I've had for 5 years and only ever had to pay a 25$ copay for my annual physical, I switch to these jokers and suddenly have to pay over 400$ for m... read more

I left the doctor I've been seeing for over a decade because the new Nurse Practitioner he hired was rude and did not even do a physical examination during my appointment. The only reason they knew I had strep throat was because the nurse did the test. My regular Nurse Practitioner had left Dr. FINLEY'S. I had to find him and at BEAUMONT FAMILY PRACTICE is where he went and as of yesterday I see why. Everyone was respectful and nice. The nurse took time to go over all my past medical history. This place has the best staff ever, Bud Church is the best
As a new patient they had a lot of paperwork to do to get me in the system and I was still in , in a nice amount of time and the staff there was wonderful.
