I hold these people responsible for my dad being stage 4 esophageal cancer instead of stage 2 because they did not want to follow up on his pains and do a PET scan for 2 years!!! Despite his multiple requests. When they finally did the scan and found the cancer, they would forget to order his meds and had to be asked TWICE to fill out the form he provided so he could get a handicapped sticker for his car as he was no longer able to walk. My daughter went in for her annual lab work and happened to mention she felt faint. Instead of being charged for just her lab work, we were charged other things also and her bill was outrageous. The least they could have done was let my daughter know she would have extra charges! Be careful what you say when you go to this practice. The billing person was definitely rude when talking to her!
