Dr. Proctor is an excellent doctor who is very caring and professional. I have been a patient for almost 25 years and I highly recommend the doctor and his caring staff.
Dr. Jay Proctor is the most caring and compassionate doctor ever. He is the greatest doctor. There is not another doctor like him. He takes his time to make sure that you understand everything. I been going to him for 23 years so that says something about how great a doctor he is.I would definitely recommend him because he is the best. Thanks Dr. Proctor for being a great doctor. You have to fill out an application, wait a few days for them to verify insurance ect, then they will call you to SET UP an APPOINTMENT!!! I am sick today, I don't have a few days to wait to set up an appointment to see a dr in a week or more.
