As someone on the Autism spectrum, not having a way of making appointments outside of calling is awful. One of the times I took my daughter her I was scolded for bringing in the car seat (I had to get a ride through insurance so no choice in the matter) by a doctor I'd never even met. I've never gotten to see the doctor written as my primary, they ONLY send students, I sometimes wonder if any of the doctors are ever there. I have been seeing the Doctors here for years. They are caring, take the time to listen to you, then address your concerns. The staff are kind and helpful. I do recommend them to family and friends.
Dr. Mallad has been wonderful as a pcp. He is kind, collaborative, understanding, thorough and smart. I couldn’t imagine navigating through a difficult health issue without his guidance and expertise.
