Medical staff that we encountered was amazing - however I didn't like my son and I being aggressively approached by one of your security guards. I've been in (Corewell) Beaumont buildings for over 40 years and have only had problems lately with the security.
I was there for blood work today I stood in line they took my information and my insurance they called me and put me in a room I notice two people behind me doing the same thing in line I got called in before them tell me why their blood work was being done before me as I already sat for one hour waiting no one came into ask if I was there or not or who I am or what I’m doing so I picked up my stuff and left after an hour and a half of waiting if I have the option to give zero stars I would
