I was there for blood work today I stood in line they took my information and my insurance they called me and put me in a room I notice two people behind me doing the same thing in line I got called in before them tell me why their blood work was being done before me as I already sat for one hour waiting no one came into ask if I was there or not or who I am or what I’m doing so I picked up my stuff and left after an hour and a half of waiting if I have the option to give zero stars I would

I visited today for a blood draw prior to a physician appointment. I was met by a elderly volunteer who gave me a paper to fill out, was told there was about a 30 minute wait and to have a seat. Having other appointments I left after 50 minutes of waiting in the waiting area never making it to the registration desk or the phlebotomist . I returned mid morning and the wait was out the door so I just left. They are understaffed, and move with no sense of urgency. The only good point is that everyone was treated equally poorly.
